Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage & Processing

We deliver across India to more than 19,999+ PIN codes.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 working hours of order placement.
After dispatch, delivery takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata) may receive delivery within 3 business days, but timelines may vary due to logistics, weather, strikes, or operational constraints.

2. Shipping Fees

Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping (or add fee if you want).
COD Orders: An additional COD handling fee may apply.
If your PIN code becomes unserviceable after placing the order, the order may be cancelled and refunded (for prepaid orders) within 48 hours.

3. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address entered is accurate and complete.
Once the order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Each order will be delivered to a single address only.
Orders may be cancelled by us only in exceptional situations (e.g., unserviceable location). Prepaid orders will be refunded accordingly.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
If all attempts fail, we will reach out via email to help coordinate an alternative delivery solution.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product Delivery

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
